Our Autoclave is made from a seamless aluminium base with a cast aluminium epoxy powder coated lid. This top-loading design, along with the locking of the lid by 6 nuts with a rubber gasket seal, ensures a bacteria-free environment and secure sterilization. The absence of metal-to-metal sealing further enhances the safety and effectiveness of the Autoclave. The Autoclave features heat-resistant handles for safe and comfortable handling. It is also equipped with a steam release/control valve and a flexible metal exhaust tube, providing efficient control over the sterilization process. A color-coded pressure gauge is integrated into the Autoclave, displaying internal chamber conditions during the sterilization cycle. The sterilization zone, highlighted in green, indicates a pressure range of 15 psi to 20 psi equivalent to a temperature range of 121°C to 127°C. The dial, sized at 2.5 inches, displays measurements in two units: kg/cm² and lb/inch². The full-scale dial ranges from 0 to 30 lb/inch² or 0 to 2 kg/cm
